    I don’t even know anymore! I’ve been on so many diets and spent most of my life trying to lose weight. And all I had to show for my efforts was that I kept gaining weight! It galls me to think I could have been healthy and fit for all these years had I only known then what I’ve learned over the past year. But in reality that’s not true. I don’t think I was ready back then. And I don’t think I would’ve listened. I guess we all have our own path to follow and things can only happen when we are ready for them.

    My dream is to convert one of our bedrooms to a gym. When that day comes, I think I’m going to do this. I’m hoping to do a race this autumn and if I do I will save the number so I can make a wall of fitness mementos and maybe some pictures in there. I think that would be really inspirational.

    Amazingly, I didn’t fall this time. It would seem I have finally learned to deviate from the plan without going over board and lose the plot. I took some time off but when that time was up I was back on track again like nobody’s business. I’ve sure come a long way…

    It won’t be easy to write a better story than last year’s, but I’ll sure give it a go. Seeing as the first few months were all about getting the hang of things, I’m thinking that this is the time where I can make a real difference this year. And that’s why I’m dragging myself to a proper boot camp all the way up to Easter.
