    This applies to physical exercise too. You don’t need to worry about how or when or where. You just need to do it. Gyms and zumba classes and whatnots are all well and good if you can afford it. But they are not the only way to move your backside and work up a sweat. I work out in my bed. And in my bedroom. Any time of the day, any day of the week. For free. I’m saving up for a set of dumbbells, but I don’t need to wait until I have them to be able to do strength training. Milk cartons are weights too… =)
