Not sure if I agree with the “most certain” part of the statement, but one key to success is definitely to never give up. Another is to be prepared to accept that you might be wrong. And a third that if it’s not working out this time, maybe you need to tweak it a little and make some adjustments. Just never quit. Losing is forever…

It really gets on my nerves when people say there was no time to cook so they had to eat fast food. You said what?! There was no time so you had to have a burger or a pizza or a kebab or some fried chicken? Seriously?! Ther’es no faster food in this world than a banana. It doesn’t even need rinsing before you eat it. And you get a bag full of them for the price of that fast food meal. Stop talking nonsense! Eat fast food once in a while if you feel like it, but don’t use lame ass excuses like you had no time to eat healthy. And don’t tell me how expensive it is to eat fruit and veg if you can afford to spend £5 or more on something that gives you no nutrients whatsoever but a belly full of processed food and toxins. Thank you! Rant over… :)

Look at the bright side and focus on the good things in life. Some days they can be very hard to spot, but they are there nevertheless. Writing a gratitude journal can help you. Get a notebook and start writing from both sides. Let one side be for positive things that you are grateful for and the other side for all the things that make you miserable. You will soon find that the list of things that bring you down is relatively short, whereas the list of things that bring you joy and happiness is more or less infinite.
