Look at the bright side and focus on the good things in life. Some days they can be very hard to spot, but they are there nevertheless. Writing a gratitude journal can help you. Get a notebook and start writing from both sides. Let one side be for positive things that you are grateful for and the other side for all the things that make you miserable. You will soon find that the list of things that bring you down is relatively short, whereas the list of things that bring you joy and happiness is more or less infinite.
